To secure a unit you need to tour the unit and then apply. The first group that is approved and puts down a $500 non-refundable deposit will have 7 days to sign the lease. If the signed lease is not returned in 7 days the $500 deposit is forfeited and I move on to the next group

All students are required to have a parent or guardian co-sign the lease. This is a one page attachment that can be emailed to the parent and then emailed or faxed back. NO EXCEPTIONS
