Parking lot pavement completed, drywall done in 4 units, painters starting 12/2/19 in first unit, 98-112 Wilson Street completely framed and roofed.
Walking distance to UD. 3 car garages with 1 additional space outside. Washer and dryers included in each unit.
One year leases starting June 8th and ending May 30th. The rent does not include utilities. They run about $70 per tenant per month.
A $195 yearly maintenance fee is due June 1 st of each year. This covers all outside maintenance including snow removal and grass cutting.
Brand new 4 and 5 bedroom townhouses will be ready by August 22, 2020. The 5 bedroom models will have 4 bathrooms and the 4 bedroom models will have 4.5 baths. The leases will be for 9 months for the first year. The units will be constructed above the existing Campus Walk complex, closer to Cleveland avenue.
To secure a unit your entire group needs to tour the unit. The first group that is approved and puts down a $500 non-refundable deposit will have 7 days to sign the lease. If the signed lease is not returned in 7 days the $500 deposit is forfeited and I move on to the next group
All students are required to have a parent or guardian co-sign the lease. This is a one page attachment that can be emailed to the parent and then emailed or faxed back. NO EXCEPTIONS
